Winter Programs

Goalie/Striker Clinics
Open to both goalies and field players looking to improve their finishing skills and techniques. Groups will be coached separately with combined drills as appropriate.
M/W or T/Th 5:30-6:30pm (birth years 2017-2010, $250)
Winter Academy
Continuation of Academy with twice a week sessions focusing on footskills and fun for developing players
Friday 5-5:45 PM (birth years 2012-2009, $250)
Elite Wellness Game Changer
Once a week program focusing on nutrition & performance. Athletes will get hands on experience to utilize on the field, information to prep for their games week to week and education on the benefits of proper strength training, nutritional support, and mental support throughout the season

Improve first touch and game play in small side fast paced situations.
